The Hills Highlands is located on the second mountains of the Watchung Range - at the crossroads of Route 287, Route 78, and Route 202-206 in spectacular Somerset County, New Jersey.

     The Hills Highlands Master Association is the largest Community Association in the State of New Jersey. Governed by a 44 member Board of Trustees and professionally managed by Access Property Management Company.  The Hills Highlands is a beautiful and fun-filled place to live. In addition to our excellent neighborhood communities, we have fabulous recreational amenities including a clubhouse, pools, tennis courts, basketball, walking paths, playgrounds, exercise room, not to mention golf and shopping located right in our community!
